Chicken KABAB recipe ! incredibly juicy and delicious ! quick dinner recipe, you'll make every day!
📌Ingredients:
1 kilo chicken breast.
1 medium onion + 1 red bell pepper
3-4 tablespoons of chopped parsley.
1 teaspoon lemon zest.
1-2 tablespoon of all purpose flour.
2 teaspoons of salt.
1 and 1/2 teaspoon of paprika.
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper.
1 teaspoon of garlic powder.
1 teaspoon of cumin (optional).
1 cup of lamb fat.
Kebab brushing mixture :
3 tablespoons of olive oil.
1 tablespoon of tomato paste.
2 tablespoons of ketchup.
1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
1 teaspoon of vinegar.
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of paprika.

I grew up eating chicken kabob without lamb fat. You can use chicken tight instead of breast and once you remove the skewers from the fire brush melted butter on both side, if you have access to saffron make saffron butter.
