2/3 cup of roasted salted peanuts (100g).
1/4 cup of pumpkin seeds (30g).
1/3 cup sunflower seeds (30g).
1 tablespoon sesame seeds (10g).
1/3 cup of almonds (50g).
1 tablespoon poppy seeds (10g).
1 tablespoon of flaxseeds (10g).
1 tablespoon of honey (20g).
1 medium egg white (~ 25g).
Recipe 2 :
2/3 cup of roasted salted peanuts (100g).
~ 1/4 cup of sesame seeds (40g).
~ 1/3 cup of pumpkin seeds (40g).
~ 1/3 cup of sunflower seeds (40g).
1/4 cup of raisins (40g).
1 ripe banana.
1 tablespoon of honey (20g).
