My first Persian recipe on the channel!! I hope you like it. I chose to do a chicken kabob with rice, dill and black-eyed peas. It is a two-part prep meal. The chicken kabob (Joojeh Kabob-in Farsi) should be prepared 24 hours ahead. This chicken kabob recipe can be used in several different recipes! Part two of this recipe is basmati rice, with dill and black-eyed peas (Lubia Cheshm Boliboli in Farsi). My husband grilled the kabobs for me while I made the rest of the meal.
