What about adding cilantro to the masala

You can surely add but then the flavor will be more like Cafreal masala. And I have added fresh chopped coriander at the end. But must remember that grinding it into masala and adding it as a garnishing gives a totally different flavour and color too. Hope this helps. Much love❤❤
