Chicken= 3 kg
Ginger Garlic Paste= 4 tbsp
Red Chilly Powder= 3 tbsp
Turmeric Powder= 1 tsp
Coriander Powder= 4 tbsp
Cumin Powder= 2 tbsp
Salt= 3 tbsp
Curd= 600 gm
Yellow Chilly Powder= 1 tbsp
Garam Masala= 2 tbsp
FOR THE GRAVY:
Onion= 800 gm
Garlic= 150 gm
Green Chilly= 12
Ginger= 3 inch
Water= 1500 gm
FOR THE TADKA:
Oil= 1 cup
Cumin Seeds= 2 tbsp
Cloves= 15
Cinnamon Stick= 4
Green Cardamom= 10
Star Flower= 3
Black Cardamom= 3
Tomato Puree= 400 gm
Green Chilly= 10
Coriander Leaves= 1 muthi
Clarified Butter= 1 cup
