I am a bachelor and tried the recipe same to same step by step. And it tasted amazing. I'd recommend keeping some in the fridge and serve cold after 2-3 hours with hot chapati or hot rice. My wife is big fan of yfl and she told me that "aisa na ho ke aaj tmhare hath ka korma kha kar mujhe yfl se nafrat hojaye" because mujhe khana banane nahi ata. I was also curious and nervous And the time came. I served chicken korma which was made from your recipe. bhai your recipes are absolutely amazing ! but yes the korma gravy should be slightly more runny ,this is a bit too thick because when you eat it with khamiri roti the roti should absorb the gravy ! also traditionally they also add almond paste in the gravy to make it more rich ! (may be this is what i was taught) please dont get offended ! i hope you are with me on this one keep up the good work brother ❤

Chef 👨‍🍳 I made Korma with the help of your reciepe and it was superb. Best Korma I have ever had. Actually it's more easy than regular cicken curry. Bus berista bana lo. Baki toh uoar se daal kar kadhai mein hilate raho. Pyaz gale ki ni tamatar jyada na ho jaye. Gravy sahi he ki nahin. I really loved it. Yes oily thoda jyada tha. But worth it.
