Hi this is majboos Maggie should not be added as chicken bees tasty. Saffron is been added as well dry limes are put in the majboos than only majboos tastes yummy.

For this recipe you need dry lime it is called Arabic rice it has different masala my brother use to make whenever. He was With us in pune
