Another brilliant recipe and video, I will try it soon but not sure if you know that you can bring out another flavour within the vegetables without changing any of the ingredients by simply leaving the skin on the ginger. All of the heat that you associate with the taste of ginger is contained within the skin and by gently wiping the skin to clean it prior to dicing will bring out another level of flavour to your finished dish. However it's still another recipe and video to be proud of. Looking forward to more!

The food looks delicious and you are in fact a great host. I’ve tried the carbonara and is great. Thanks. Oh here is a trick - if you wet your hands when making the meatballs, the meat does not stick to your hands. Thanks

Not the chicken balls 😱😂 Btw, I always heard the starch cleaning of rice, depends on what time of rice you want to do, and also depends a lot on the type of rice. For example, I heard you shouldn't clean basmatic rice. Do you have any tips for that? Because I really don't know. Just things I heard.
@howsitcooking24783 жыл бұрын
If you wanna make sticky rice it’s never necessary to clean them as the starch helps you get that nice sticky consistency. But if you wanna make the basmati rice as you find them in India it’s crucial to clean then very well as the rice gets a more firm yet tender consistency. In Denmark the rice we eat are never washed out but they often have to be slightly undercooked and then mixed with melted butter.
