Chicken 250 g
Marinade
Salt 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder 3/4 tsp
Onion powder 3/4 tsp
Paprika powder 1/2 tsp
Garlic powder 3/4 tsp
Light soy sauce 1 1/2 tsp
Mustard sauce 3/4 tsp
Vinegar 1/2 tsp
Curd 1/2 tbsp
milk 3 tbsp
For coating
Flour 3/4 c
Corn flour 1/4 c
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Paprika powder 1/2 tsp
Chilled water
Oil for frying
