Made this tonight with tenderised beef (baking soda trick). Playing around with my favourite oyster sauce of all time called Megachef. Expensive, but definitely the best oyster sauce. Also added some white pepper, tapioca starch, shao xing wine and sesame oil to the marinade.

Made this last night absolutely fantastic so good making it again tonight I added some ginger and a little dry shrimp same time as chilly and garlic 😊

Do you have a recipe... I use to go to this great Thai place, now closed. I would get Moo Tod. This was pork medallions, that had a light coating with a bit of a peanutty flavor. Could have been deep fried, but the coating or batter or marinade was very light. Not like breading.

Hi Chef. Please don't use oyster sauce. I learned from a friend who used to work for a company produces oyster sauce. The oyster extract comes from China and we don't know who they raise oyster or wild caught. I don't trust Chinese food products. I stop using oyster sauce for over 2 years now. The oyster sauce and other Chinese sauces have too much chemical additives. If you want to taste the oyster, why not use the fresh oysters instead.
