Hi. I was reading the various messages as well as the one you replied about using the preferred coconut can. From this can of coconut, you only used the thick coconut white cream on top? No mixing of the milk (at the bottom of the can) but just scoop off the thick white cream? I did wonder looking at the video that it looked more creamy than milky when you were pouring into the pot. If it’s coconut cream, then I will just buy the cream itself. Thank you again for this recipe because I love Thai coconut ice-cream.

Hi. How much water did you start off with? 500ml? This recipe looks interesting and I’m thinking how wonderful the tom yum and omelette would taste together. Love all your recipes you show us. Thank you!

hello, nice recipe. could you precise some details : how many person you serve ? quantity of noodle per person ? how do you serve if you make a tom yum soup ? do you keep the ribs and the patty ? what are you doing with the soup and ribs if you dont plan to make a soup ? do you serve the soup separately ?

You can find crispy flour at local Asian or local Thai supermarket ☺️ However you also can use Tempura flour instead of crispy flour
