Chicken Parm ~ Gluten Free

Made what I was craving using what I had. I may have used expired breadcrumbs 🫢 still turned out 🔥

Ingredients:
Pasta
Chicken Breast
Gluten Free All Purpose Flour
Black Pepper
Onion Powder
Garlic Powder
Salt
Eggs
Gluten Free Breadcrumbs
Oil
White Onion
Garlic Cloves
Shallot
Pasta Sauce
Basil
Oregano
Italian Seasoning
Mozzarella Cheese
Directions:
Cook pasta according to the package
In a bowl combine flour, chicken breast, black pepper, salt, onion powder and garlic powder.
Coat chicken in eggs then breadcrumbs
Fry the chicken in oil on medium high heat for 7 minutes flip half way through
Sauce:
Dice onion, garlic and shallots
In an oiled pan cook on medium heat till golden then combine pasta sauce and about 1 cup of water, add fresh oregano and basil. Season with black pepper, italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder
Place the chicken on an oven rack, top with sauce and cheese put in the oven until cheese is melted.
Serve with pasta
