Nice presentation from pleasant lady. If we eat this dish one day in a year as a festival special, we are okay. Eating heavenly dish like this every other day during holy month will take us to god very quickly!

i didnt know marination was a word

It is
@kjgomes6 жыл бұрын
It is a word but she is using it incorrectly. Marination is the process of marinating. So you cannot say "as the chicken cooks in the marination" but rather, "as the chicken cooks in the marinade". Almost every time she says "marination", she usually means "marinade". Maybe an example of Indian English here as other English speaking people would say "marinade". When she says, "if you are making this with mutton, make sure you give it 3-5 hours of marination" - that is grammatically correct, but native English speakers would probably say "make sure you marinate it for 3-5 hours" or "allow 3-5 hours for it to marinate".

@@kjgomes 👍wow great explanation to actual/native English Ppl. Thanx on behalf of all Indians🙏 as well as the Beautiful young anchor.
but...pasanda must be light sweet and cashew will be used to that gravy....don't think that its right recipe
@navneetLEKINdude7 жыл бұрын
instead of cashew past.. preferable one is almond and coconut powder.. In Britain I have seen chefs exclusively using these two in Pasanda

No khas khas haw to put
@Samy-sam7 жыл бұрын
Please call it khash khash not khas khas . Most of the Indians pronounce it khas khas which is completely wrong
@kjgomes6 жыл бұрын
And what is your authority for that? If you look it up in Hindi dictionaries online, you get khas khas or even posta dana more often than khaash khaash - sometimes, both khas khas and khaash khaash are listed, but most Hindi speakers use khas khas. Khaash khaash is more common in Urdu. See forum.wordreference.com/threads/hindi-urdu-white-poppy-seeds.1330366/
