I was this many years old when I realized you could make chicken patties from scratch like this. I always thought that you used the chicken, like thighs or breast meat, how they came in the package. (I'm a cleaner, not much of a cook.) Doh! I've never made it from scratch, but I'm sure gonna try. I loved the idea of cutting up your chicken to smaller pieces in a food processor. Thanks Sara!!

I literally just made the same thing almost the same way except instead of flour I used shredded parmesan cheese to bind them and put them in air fryer. Sprayed the top with a little avocado spray to get crispy. ❤ your videos Sara

Have you tried "Tony's Cacheres Cajun Seasoning," its kind of the mix of seasonings you used. I use Tony's for everything, even on toast (sourdough) with a little olive oil in the oven or air fryer a few mins. 🎉

I have used canned chicken and it’s really good. I put it in the food processor but it’s not necessary. Play around for all sorts of ideas, shredded cheese, veggies or anything that sounds good. You can even purée veggies to sneak in. And I use olive oil or put in air fryer or oven

I find using flour as a binder the meat or patty’s are cakey and very stodgy I prefer to use breadcrumbs I’ve made myself with the end crust’s off multiple loaves and you can make the patties a lot lighter than with flour

I saw this recipe using 1/4 cup of mayonnaise, 1/4 cup of flower, 1/2cup Parmesan cheese, chopped up parsley, 2 eggs, paprika, salt and pepper. It still fried up golden brown but wasn’t mixed to be as thick with alot of flower… very similar…can’t wait to try it.
