Chicken Pizza Fries Recipe Ingredients:
Oil 1 tbsp
Cumin 1 tsp
Chicken (boneless long cut) 150 gms
Salt ¼ tsp or to taste
Red Chilli Powder ½ tsp
Garlic powder ½ tsp
Ginger powder ½ tsp
Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
Dry Coriander Powder ½ tsp
Tandoori spice ½ tsp
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Potato fries as required
Pizza sauce as required
Mozzarella cheese (grated) as required
Capsicum (slice) 1
Tomato (slice) ½
Onion (slice) ½
Green and black olives 3 tbsp
Corn (boiled) 3 tbsp
Chopped Red Chilli 1 tsp
Oregano 1 teaspoon
Fresh green coriander 1 tbsp
Mayonnaise 1 tablespoon
Ketchup 1 tablespoon
Method :
Heat oil in a pan and fry cumin seeds. Now add chicken and cover and cook for 8 to 10 minutes. Then add salt, red chilli powder, garlic ginger powder, turmeric, dry coriander powder, tandoori spices and lemon juice and mix well. Set aside. Now fry the potato fries in oil till they become crispy. First, put a layer of fries in a baking dish. Then add the chicken layer. Add pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, capsicum, onion, tomato, black and green olives, corn and lastly mozzarella cheese it. Then garnish with chopped red pepper, olives, oregano and coriander. Now bake at 180°C for 4 to 5 minutes, mix mayonnaise and ketchup on top and serve.
Bread Peri Peri Kachori Recipe Ingredients:
Chicken mince ½ kg
Oil ¼ cup
Onion (chopped) 2 cups
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Salt 1½ tsp
Chopped Red Chilli 1 tbsp
Turmeric ½ tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Cream 2 tbsp
Coriander powder 2 tsp
Green chillies (chopped) 2 to 3
Coriander (chopped) ½ cup
For the Kachori:
Sandwich bread slice 6
Peri Peri Sauce ½ cup (for spreading on bread)
Water as required
Eggs 3
Kurkure (crushed) 2 packets
Sauce as required (for serving)
Method:
Heat oil in a pan add chicken mince and onions and fry. When the color changes, add garlic and ginger paste and fry. Then add chopped red chillies, salt, turmeric and all the spices and cook for 4 to 5 minutes. Now add cream, green chillies, chopped green coriander and mix and cool. Then cut the bread slice round and put water on the edges put the filling in the middle and place the second bread slice. Now press the edge and dip it in the egg. Finely chop into crumbs. Then coat them deep fry and serve.
