Hi Sanjyot I Made this yesterday and it was exactly and better than kfc. I didn’t make the peri peri masala as I already had the store bought one the crumb the crisp was exactly same as kfc chicken on the inside the chicken was tender juicy and well marinated unlike kfc and it’s super easy.

The recipe was awesome my chicken popcorns were very crunchy and tasty. My personal advice is to do the corn flour layering 2 times to get the most crunch and the popcorn look.
