*1/3 cup oil
*1 onion
*2bay leaf,4 cloves,12 black pepper,
1/2 tspn shahi zeera,4 cardamon,2piece cinnamon.
*500gm chicken
*1tspn ginger-garlic paste.
*1/2 tspn turmeric.
*1/2 tspn salt.
*5-6 green chili
*1tspn chili flakes.
*1/2 tspn cumin powder.
*1/2 tspn black pepper powder
*1/2 tspn coriander powder
*1 tspn sugar
*1 cup mint and coriander leaves(mix).
*2tomatoes
*1/3 cup curd
*2 glass water
*1/2 kg basmati rice (soak it for 20 mints)
*1 tspn salt
*1 lemon
*1 tbspn ghee
*few fried onions
