INGREDIENTS ADDED:
STEP1
*500gm chicken
*1tbspn ginger-garlic paste.
*1tspn tandoori masala
*1/2tspn turmeric
*1/2tspn cumin powdee.
*1tspn red chili powder
*1/4tspn red food color
*1/2tspn salt
*1/4 cup thick curd
*1/2 lemon
*1/2 glass water
STEP2:
*Give tandoor smoke to all of the chicken pieces
STEP3:
*1/3 cup oil
*1tspn butter
*1/2 tspn cumin seeds
*1/2 cup curry leaves
*1 cup chop onions
*1 chop carrot
*1 chop tomatoes
*1 cup peas(matar)
*4-5 green chilies
*1 tbspn vinegar
*2tbspn red chili sauce
*left over chicken tandoor masala
*cook basmati rice(1/2 kg)
*coriander leaves
