I made this today. I couldn't believe how restaurant-like this thing turned out to be. I made only 1 change from your method: I did not have skewers in the house, so I did it on a table top grill and went slightly heavy on the basting of butter to keep the moisture. That marinade is just top notch. Just top notch. I rarely comment on YT videos, but you madam are an absolute rockstar!! Thank you.

Best chicken , my son loved this recipe ,no more ordering starter chicken at restaurants… just have adoubt most of your recipes go for fresh cream , which type fresh cream do u use , here v get fresh cream in tin. And another used within 3 to 4 days … this three to four days fresh cream spoils wen v keep in fridge needfreezer

Thank you Trupti ☺️ For green chutney blend together 1 cup coriander leaves, 1/2 cup mint leaves , 1-2 green chillies as per taste, 1 garlic clove, lime juice and salt still smooth. Add 2-3 tbsp curd/ plain yogurt and blend again into a smooth chutney. Enjoy with kebabs 😊
