Main ne beef ke kebab banaay Thai sab Kuch same hi Kiya liken kebab Kafi hard ho jaatay Hain paknay ke Baad..aur shrink bhi

Kabab shrink to zroor ho gy km zyada keemay ki quality pe depend krta ha. Lakn hard nahi hony chahye next time ap ghee add kry thora zyada aur keemay ko achy sy gonday aur zyada cook na kry kabab zyada cook krny sy dry aur hard ho jaty hn.

you are not saying how do you cook it. was there an oven or is it on the stove top
