I found a new way to make puff pastry. It's super crisp and delicious

Ingredients:
100g butter
1 Tbsp (12g) sugar
1 Tbsp (12g) sugar
1\2 tsp salt
400 grams of flour
200ml cold water
100g flour
For layering
250g butter
Custard cream
250ml milk
4 Tbsp (48g) sugar
3 Tbsp (30g) cornstarch
1 egg yolk
2 tbsp (30g) butter
Pinch of vanilla sugar
One egg yolk+1 Tbsp milk
Granulated sugar
