I finally tried roll next day & you wont believe my 'continental' & 'fussy eater' daughter loved it so so much that she asks for Kathi Roll everyday she's back from school. Well, I dont make parathas everyday, I prepare the chicken filling in large quantity & I use 'Mission Deli wraps' for her & the roll is eaten in no time... thanks so much for the recipe.

This is a very solid recipe. I know Nizam's uses raw green chillies at end but I think its best if you cook them with onions after de-seeding. There is a nice heat but it is less in your face. I would use cilantro also as a fresh herb finish would complement nicely. Well done.

How do you make the paratha soft? Do you use cold or lukewarm water? I've tried doing parathas before (not your recipe) and it came out hard and not rollerable. Any tips appreciated.
