I am a vegetarian and I made this roll without egg and added Carrot and beetroot instead, I used Maggie hot and sweet sauce instead of pure ketchup and kept the rest exactly the same as in this video. Trust me it was f***ing awesome. Loved it. Thank you!

This recipe is really authentic and this has been done using the least dalda and oil possible which is incredible.I seriously don't see the point behind so many dislikes.I personally feel the filling could have been richer with Kasundi, carrot slice, beet slice. PS- Kudos to the background music 🥰

I live in jamshedpur jharkhand ,here, generally the style they make in are ...parathas are not lacchedaar, and the filling contains cooked masaledar beet roots cabbage onion etc and ofcourse sauces..but when I've tried an egg roll in kolkata ... The flavour of kasundi and raw onions specially cucumber Is must in their style..it just took my heart away..i prefer kolkata style egg roll more..btw I'm surely gonna follow this recipe today only..loved it.
