Hi ...try this way ...wash chicken chunks, drain well .heat butter put 1 sliced onion half Cup garlic half Co green chilly n fry well till light gold switch off the flame .add dhaniya pd .1 tbs red chilli pd 1tbs salt n 1 tbs garam masala. Grind the chicken with this adding one egg .then add chopped kotmir. N give a coal tempering on the mixture. A bit of mixture flatten it put cheese in the centre n firm rolls ...wrap it in foil paper like chocolate n deep fry them
