Salamangreat is the type of deck that you can play 43-45 card deck and get away with it. I’m glad you’re having fun :) makes me happy, you genuinely sounded happy :) After watching deck profile: I’m sure you will get many tips. Maybe this can help. The chicken is a good 1 of because like you said, it’s searchable. Foxy is a great 2 of cynet mining is a great 2 of. Why am I saying this? That way if you think of updating it maybe try cutting those cards to less. Again I’m sure you know but other good cards on this deck: twin twisters, man hunt, evenly matched (going second), bomber dragon, solemn package or even that horn trap card, does the similar thing to the solemn package. Also galaxy cyclone can be pretty bad ass haha. The crusadia fire monster is pretty bad ass too. Great vid, it’s nice to come home and relax after work, haha. Keep te vids up :D! Also a good tip to sart to know the deck better, revive Stalio to use it that same turn (next turn after 1st), just to see what your options are. I usually play my deck at 43, teté is a lot of searching that your deck naturally thins out. I’m glad you’re having fun!!! :D!!!

I've acutually used Hiita as an out to "There can be only one". Ash+Salad = Hiita, pulled their Ash, made Heat Leo. Backrow Control decks wreck Salamangreats without Twin Twisters. Found this out the hard way at the Rosemont Regionals.

hey, I am going to start playing competitively, and I kinda am looking into investing money for the Phantazmay, but I don't have like super super rich parents, and I myself am not really the richest guy, so is it worth buying this card or will it get replaced with something else in the future, maybe got reprinted like Ash did and I will waste a whole bunch of money when I could just wait for the reprints and then buy them ? how long will it stay a must have card for most decks ?

I have an idea for Salad that I want to bounce off others. I run 2 copies of most "1 ofs" for the deck (particularly 2 of the field spell) so that I can then run 3 pot of desires. This has the cost of running more semi-bricks and having less space for tech options (a large reason i dont maindeck any outs to mystic mine). And then on the positive it lets me first action desires with almost no worry of banishing all my copies of anything important, letting me both get that +1, extra consistency to gazelle, and be able to always use the cards to their fullest. Then my opponents banishing my jaguar/field spell and similar barely affects me. And finally if i don't hard draw either of the field spells by my second turn (which I can do more often than i dont) then I get another free +1 to use for cards like cinet mining, FDP shuffle back, or Foxy summon.

@@phantomkaiba8727 I'm not trying to argue, just understand, so i can apply the principles in other cases and other decks. I thought the main "combo pieces" was basically just gazelle. In that case i am running max ways to gazelle and minimum cards in deck (with 3 desires and 1 upstart). Then every extra searcher you draw or "brick" like roar or jack jaguar simply becomes an extender. So from that point of view this version should be better at reaching it's combo pieces. How is it worse? Then you have a high chance to banish a single copy, but a much much lower chance of banishing both of your copies. (With 1 copy there is a 28.6% chance of banishing the field off desires, with 2 there is an 7.6% chance of banishing both). And no one cares about the extra copies being available.

___ I3ambi neither am I but what I’m saying is that you won’t even have to run the risk of banishing ANY of your combo pieces (which are gazelle, spinny/foxy, bayelynx, miragestallio, Santuary, Roar, 2 Wolf.) So if you don’t run desires you will have no chance of banishing the cards off of desires.

My personal issue with the sanctum engine is that its only good when youre going first in a deck that already wrecks going first. If you predict you'll win allot of die rolls then maining the whole 7 card engine is optimal to wreck everyone. But if you dont want to predict that then it should be religated to side deck if it goes anywhere.
