When I first tried this recipe a month ago, I was floored how amazing the flavor was. So far to date, I've made this recipe 11 times with more to come. Thank you very much for sharing this recipe. Outstanding.

I just made it it came out great. The only difference was I roasted the potatoes. I then left them in the casserole dish and poured the mixture over it. Then put in in the oven for 20 minutes at 350.

I love this dish I add some balsamic vingar......so good ! ONE QUESTION I have been looking for a steel shelf like the one you have behind the stove..where did u get that?
