CHICKEN SEEKH KABAB / 3 Secret Spice Recipe on Restaurant (No Fail)

In this video, I am going to show you the recipe of seekh kebab, which are genuinely made in restaurants with secret spices. This recipe of seekh kabab is so much famous in Pakistan and all over the world.
Ingredients:
Chicken Boneless 2kg
Mutton Fat 200gms
Onion 500gms
Garlic 10-12 cloves
Green Chillies 200gms
Salt 2tsp
Red Chilli 2 tsp
Pippli / Long Pepper 0.5tsp
Red Sumac 0.25tsp
Kabab Chini/ All spice 0.25tsp
Cumin 2tsp
Corriander 1tsp
Garam Masala 1tsp
