Cooked this right along with you, prepped it for our weekend dinner. I used my instapot to do the chicken first with Italian seasoning packet and broth, then sautéed and mixed everything in the insta pot. I love that big copper dish you used!

I tried this recipe and I was ready to lick the pan beforenI got it into the oven 😋. The only thin I changed was I held off-putting the cheese ontop because my oven gets really hit didn't want to burn the cheese. It turned out really good we all loved it and I will be makin it again. Thanks 😊

Yes, I thought the same thing. Italians cook pasta til it's almost done (al dente), but still a little hard in the middle, so they can finish cooking the noodles in the sauce. Otherwise, it would be overcooked. The next time you cook spaghetti with sauce, try adding the al dente spaghetti to the sauce with some of the pasta water and cook for another 2 minutes. You'll be amazing how much better it tastes! And make sure you add plenty of olive oil 😉. But this chicken pasta here looks delicious!! Yum.

Looks delicious 😋. I make a similar version but I boil my chicken usually boneless skinless chicken thighs and shred it up, pour my noodles in the same pot and when their done I put all the ingredients you did. I'm gonna try this baked version for real. Thank you Nikki 😊

I've watched about 5 of these videos & you are the 1st person to see adding cream of mushroom also to your chicken spaghetti. I kept wondering watching the other videos, where's the cream of mushroom? I've always thought or assumed it was an ingredient also and yours look so much more creamier. ❤

Great recipe! The only thing I do different is not use prepackaged shredded cheese b/c it’s coated in a chemical plastic. Better to take the time to grate real cheese which melts better. Excellent recipe though! Good job!
