Ms Nikki, this looks absolutely, as we said as a kid, "larrupin"!" I noticed in some of the comments about never cooking stuffing without celery and onions. I have a good friend who occasionally comes over for supper, and whose digestion absolutely cannot tolerate onions. If I know he's coming, I can use onion powder instead, which he handles fine. Last time I was at our Walmart Neighborhood Market, they had an entire cold case of rotisserie chickens marked down to just about half price. We're lucky to live in an area where there a lot a discount grocery stores and the like. As my partner some times says, "My God, we eat cheap!" My friend also says he could "live on casseroles," I feel pretty much the same. Thank you for this!

This is the only cooking video I have ever watched where someone stated the recipe was high in sodium, carbohydrates, etc. I don't care too much about that - you can always make little changes yourself to any recipe to accomodate things like that, so people complaining about that is just silly. I try to make diff things for supper so it doesnt get to monotemous eating same things too iften. The only unhealthy thing about your cooking is over eating and that's on me. There are a million cooking channels that should satisfy any type of eating preference but there is only one TENNESSEE NIKKI and that's the show for me. A suggestion would be that once a month you cook something like beets or brussels sprouts or plain brown rice, maybe boiled carrots. But you would probably make those taste delicious too. 🤪
