Girl how do you do??? I cant wait to fix this. I love making casseroles (yep Im from the south) lol. I had no idea there was cream of chicken with herbs. That makes for some mire awesome flavoring. I try to make diff things for supper so it doesnt get to monotemous eating same things too iften. The only unhealthy thing about your cooking is over eating and that's on me. There are a million cooking channels that should satisfy any type of eating preference but there is only one TENNESSEE NIKKI and that's the show for me. A suggestion would be that once a month you cook something like beets or brussels sprouts or plain brown rice, maybe boiled carrots. But you would probably make those taste delicious too. 🤪
