Looks delicious! I think I remember my Mom making something similar with rice added at the end. Galinha guisada I think. Going to try this one! Thanks for sharing!

Wonderful meal Angela ! My mouth was watering lol I agree thighs are best . Breasts get so dry. lovely day today in Ma. I can smell the lilacs about to bloom !
