Fire Fighter chourico

In a foil pan, add aguardente cut some slits on the chourico. Turn the fire on the aguardente and place the chourico. cook for a 7 minutes per side. keep turning around. Once the fire good out the chourico is ready.

I don’t. Think the alcohol will give a different taste. I bought this one in Azores but I think Portugalia marketplace in Fall River mass might sell them.
