We finally got a lil needed rain here in West Central Florida. It's been in the upper 90's with the heat index in the triple digits. Thank GOD we have a pool bcuz, our house gets NO SHADE AT ALL!!! JUST STR8 HEAT!🔥🔥🔥 I made breakfast for dinner. I made cheesy eggs and beef breakfast sausage All Butter Croissant Sandwiches and Deep Fried Smashed Baby Yukon Potatoes. Tossed in a Seasoned Brown Butter Sauce. Both turned out amazing. So much so that, we were all licking our fingers. No utensils were even necessary. Lol

Hubby will finally be back home bcuz, he works out of state. But, He does most of the cooking for the 4th of July. Unless, it's being cooked indoors, that's when I take over. So it's, a tag team meal then, Hubby's annual fireworks show. Him and a few neighbors get together and pitch in to make the show super memorable.
