You can use leftover terrine to make homemade chicken nuggets. Just bread with your favorite complete pancake mix and egg wash, then deep fry or pan fry unti GB&C.

Not necessarily. Non PVC Cling film is commonly used in kitchens around the world and can hold temps up to 150°c to my knowledge (maybe more). Furthermore, the cooking process is bain-marie (water bath). I've even cooked filet mignon wrapped in cling film to hold the shape and i can assure you it doesn't melt.
