Chicken Tot Pie

Get the recipe:
1 recipe tater-tots, only halfway cooked
2 tablespoons vegetable or walnut oil, divided
1 yellow onion, diced
3 carrots, diced
4 stalks celery, diced
1 large zucchini, diced
1/2 cup potato starch
1 cup dry white wine
4 cups chicken stock (or leftover chicken soup)
4 cups shredded cooked chicken (can be leftover chicken from the soup, or just roast a whole chicken in the oven with olive oil, salt, and pepper, till cooked)
1 tablespoon paprika
