Tried this one tonight; absolutely superb! I've never paired tarragon with tomatoes before, nor added white wine vinegar as a seasoning, but both were excellent. Top job.

I have just learned that you should never add salt to uncooked mushrooms as it draws all the moisture out which means they cannot brown.

no, you can always wipe if it's messy. plus, the video is edited, so probably she cleaned her hands in between cuts.

Umm pretty sure she knows to sanitize everything after cooking the recipe! Let's not be ignorant here, all foods were cooked nothing raw to contaminate anything!

@@AnnabelleJARankin Exactly that. if there is a cataclysmic world event, you can't get food, you're forced back into hunting and gathering I think the last sentence anyone will utter is ' Ugh you touched raw meat and then the pepper grinder'. I agree with you. The hygiene police are bores. Unless your immune system means you will have to live in a plastic bubble most people will be fine if you're not washing your hands every flippin' minute.
