Ingredients:
- 400 g canned cooked chickpeas
- 300 g desalted cod crumbs
- 200 g spinach
- 800 ml of water (3 cups + 1/4)
- 1 onion
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 tomato
- 1 piece of red pepper and another green
- 1 potato
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 tsp sweet paprika or paprika
- A little saffron (0.4g), turmeric or food coloring
- ¼ tsp cumin
- 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil (60 ml)
- 2 boiled eggs
- A little parsley
- Salt to taste
