Wow...Jensen's answer on how he created his Demon character was excellent. I hadn't thought about it that way. Deamon did appear to be having more fun than regular Dean...the guilt was gone....there was more light in his step and he was definitely more carefree. Great answer. What an excellent actor he is. I normally don't put happiness and Dean in the same sentence. It was weird hearing him say Deamon was happy. Mindblown! Kind of! xD

No trying/wanting to start anything here. Just need to vent/rant about this. Y are people SOOO caught up of the 'y do u kill off all the female characters' crap. Ecugh it annoyes me. They kill off just as many male characters, if not more, than female. J2 must be sick hearing that question. These ppl may as well be asking them do u think the show is sexist toward woman. It's the nature of the show that characters are going to be killed off. No matter what sex they are. Trying to peg the show to something it isn't for feminist ammunition is just silly. It's a fantasy sci fi show. Eugh. Anyway. Enough. Sorry if this upsets anyone. It just annoyes me. But hey each to their own I suppose. And p.s Thanks for uploading. I hate watching videos when the are all split up into 1-3 mins worth. So Thx soo much for recording and uploading the whole thing.

I'm female and it's never bothered me that female characters are killed off, to be honest. I mean, the leads are killed off more than anyone and they're both guys!

I know right. I'm a woman too. I know everyone is entitled to their opinions and entitled to express their opinion when eve and however they want. It just annoyed me so much when I start to hear ppl ask this question. Especially when the guys then try to turn it into a joke (like they do with a lot of questions. For example saying misha is still around, implying he is a girl) and they get hate thrown at them and called all the names under the sun. Feminism isn't all about male hating and name calling.

This came up at ChiCon last weekend. Both Jared and Jensen said they don't think the show is sexist in any way. And I agree.

It's probably because there aren't nearly as many female characters as there are male.. I mean look at the 4 main characters: Sam, Dean, Cas and Crowley. And before that it was Kevin or Bobby. There haven't been women in those positions and when there have been, they were killed like Jo or Meg or Ruby or Bela. Or they make women the bad guys like Lilith or Abaddon and well, Ruby. There are what, two? recurring female characters that are good and haven't been killed? All I can think of are Jody Mills and Charlie Bradbury. Well and Mrs. Tran but odds are she won't be in the series anymore since Kevin died.. And I swear to god, as much as I love this show, if they kill Charlie I'm done. It's not exactly equal between men and women.. I don't think it's purposefully sexist, I don't think that they do it on purpose, but I do completely understand how someone could think it is. Most episodes don't exactly pass the Bechdel test..

***** Yeah..and funnily enough..I have heard that it is in fact the women who watch the show who are the reason (or one of the reasons) for the female characters being killed off in the show. "The fangirls don't want women next to their boys so the writers kill them off" as people put it. So I don't think it can really be a sexist thing. More of a jealousy thing. ; P The 4 female characters that I was truly sad to see go were Jo, Ellen, Sarah and yes....Meg (she kind of grew on me). And Jo's and Ellen's death scene was one of the most painful to witness. :( And Sarah's was downright unfair! On the other hand, I definitely didn't mind seeing Ruby and Lilith die.....I never liked Ruby (all 5 or 6 of them..haha) and knew she was bad from the very start...it was so obvious she was lying to Sam. As for the rest of the male and female characters....some I am sad to see go, some, not so much. The show has never struck me as outright sexist....I don't know where people get that from. :/
