What I really love about your work on Celeste, Chicory, ESC, Minecraft etc. is demonstrating how one can make amazing, modern soundtracks without a large budget and entire Orchestra to work with. Not that there's anything wrong with that of course (there have been countless very good orchestral soundtracks made by incredible musicians), it's just so inspiring hearing ost's this great that came from one person in their home & a few extra musicians.

Absolutely love this! The only thing I wish there was a version of was with the "boss battle" music sequences there was an indicator to the in game actions that melded in time with the music. Example when Chicory does her attacks and has that "screech" sound before the clawing attack it adds to the music sounds but it's absent from the OST version. Or with the Blackberry sequence the sounds of her "stomp" attack which was like a little drum/percussion sound that trailed after the player but felt in time with the music. It just adds a little more depth to the music I feel.

I finished Chicory last week and I have to say, I loved every second of it. Being somebody who likes to draw, but who always had insecurities about it, some of the moments hit me close, that and the whole situation with Chicory's depression, and the music was just gorgeous as always (one of the main reasons I wanted to play the game ngl) I loved so so much every single music ^w^. My favorite tracks so far would be Erase You, Abandon Me, Dinners, Song of the Wielders, MONSTER, She's Gone, The Wielder's Legacy, Something New and the 2 final boss' tracks (and personally, both final boss' tracks, History Against Us and Do the Impossible are my favorite musics from you. Those gave me the same hype as the first time I listened to Reach for the Summit in Celeste ^w^)

I'm a little late to the party - just finally played Celeste a few months ago, then was in the mood to actually install Chicory, both games that have been in my library since release. It didn't take long to recognize some of the similarities with some of the music, but I didn't think too much on it. After finishing Chicory, I came to listen to the soundtrack again and I'm not surprised at all to find you as a key component of both games. In retrospect it's kinda funny to me that I played both of these so close to one another without any connection or reason, and you happened to work on both of them. All that said, thank you. You've made wonderful music and the memories of the experience with these games will be strong in my mind and others' for decades to come. Your uplifting melodies make me feel like I'm a kid again, not many people can do that! Keep doing you, and I look forward to hearing any future endeavors you're a part of!

What a truly beautiful soundtrack.

Thank you for creating this absolutely beautiful piece of art. I originally listened to the Celeste OST after playing through the game, and just recently came around to finally play Chicory. I knew I would absolutely love this game, and my intuition was right. The beautiful woodwinds, the piano as well as the composition itself, the different use of real instruments in crontrast to the synth and electronic ones as well as the audio manipulation translate absolutely beautiful the feelings taking place. And the well composed and extremely closly recorded arrangements are gorgeous. I just love beeing able to hear the acoustic of the instruments inner workings itself alongside its performance. I especially love 'More Than Myself' with it beeing ever so rarely teasered as a release of tension and mystery in 'Spoons Island'. I always longed for that moment, that brief piano piece and wished it would last longer. And when it finally played on that mountain top with that view, I was absolutely taken by the moment. Thank you so much for that. Of course that's what I love about the intro of 'The Mountain Top' as well. Not to forget all the other motives in there and alongside the whole soundtrack! It's a real inspiration, let me tell you that. I really wished more would know about the game and it's OST. Thank you so so much for making this beautiful, emotional journey. Thank you so so much.
