Are yu really listening to your self?, like seriously ..lemmi help yu .Chief are custodians of both culture and constitution.. if a case has criminal elements he definately holds no jurisdiction over the matter hence, the magistrate court presides over.. the same hapens with the mgistrate he can refer certain cases to the traditional leaders.
