In Atlanta, the man was running away from the cops... but then turned to shoot the taser. So the cop did shoot his back. But the man was at an angle, moving forward, while pointing the taser backward. Also, completely justified shooting in Detroit. I haven’t seen the LA video.

Prayers go out to the officer who almost lost his life... also sending prayers out to the other officers who had to take a life of a thug. Even though he shot at an officer, dealing with an incident such as this is something all of those officers will have to live with for the rest of their lives. The academy teaches you tactics but there’s no protocol that teaches you on how to deal with taking a life. Even if taking that life saved yours or someone you care about. All of these officers deserve an award. That could of been an innocent bystander killed, or he could of robbed someone at gun point. These officers are hero’s in my book.
