Gotta hand it to you, you're not afraid to take on an involved project like that. I look forward to your long-term review of the GC, since I have one the same year. (BTW, I think it's pronounced fascia, like face (long A) it's part of the car's face, not fawsha.)

You should check out 6 Monkeys stuff. They've got a front guard that's recessed so it doesn't increase your vehicle length. Really stout one piece design. I went with them over the Chief one.

IMO nothing from chief looks very “off-road”.. and twice as expensive as it should be. I understand the look is very subjective but even my wife looked at their roof rack and asked if it was a bed frame. Sort of like the “Florida Georgia Line” of country music lol.

Nice Brad. 1. Do you worry about rocks/debris into your rad/cooler 2. have you had the jeep in the shop for any up front work? I did, and they tried to charge me 400 to do warranty work due to having to take off my winch mount to repair the steering rack.

Rock and debris in the Rad have not been an issue so far for the most part, We cleaned it out good when we hat the front end off. And no, we haven't had the jeep in the shop fro front end work. So far, fingers crossed!
