Hey Tam! Thanks for this review. I think your hair looked great on day 1 and day 2. But I understand how someone else can see something different in our hair than we do. I wish I liked The Doux more; I would be willing to try this because it is a softer hold, but I don't want to be disappointed. Their products just aren't a favorite of mine. Great review and I appreciate the honesty. I refrained from purchasing until I saw reviews on similar curl patterns. I was concerned about hold because “moisturizing” is the word being emphasized in the marketing so I was like 🤔 I’m waiting on the release of the other one called Bananas. They are stressing the hold on that one.

I think you could have revived it on day 2 if you sprayed it with water to re-activate the product. At least that works for me with the 808/mos def combo. I can wear it for 2 weeks. That’s my go to right now 🙌🏽
