He's basically only had to pass for a half in each game to do enough to win, and then watch his RBs and defense finish the game for him, because why wouldn't they? It would be organizational malpractice to ask him to pass in those situations, especially knowing that he's nursing an injured throwing shoulder. He's been the most efficient passer in the league all year and it's not particularly close.

Fun Fact: Nick’s entire anti-Eagles position this year was based on him not believing Hurts was that good. He initially had them not winning the division before switching up when Vegas odds shifted. I'm a Chiefs fan, I like the Eagles, but every Eagles fan I know has worries about Jalen's CURRENT condition and any reasonable fan should. That could be mostly fixed by game day with rest but Jalen left that 49ers game looking worse for ware than Mahomes did post Bengals game. He's hurtin and I dont want to see the fanbase turn on him if he underperforms at the Superbowl because he should have a bright future ahead of him.

I think Jalen is a decent quarterback with an elite quarterback mentality. Whereas there are a some of Elite quarterbacks have a weaker quarterback mentality. I think Jalen’s success this season is due in large part to the way he leads the team and in part because of his play.
