UPDATE: Sleep testing is being re-tested - I have reset the watch and starting again. Will report back the result soon. (Thank you people) UPDATE2: After reset: I can confirm that multiple sleep sessions does work on the Samsung Fit 3 and SPO2 also works a lot better. The original phone I used, was connected to more than one smartwatch, so I think a conflict caused some issues with sleep and SPO2. But after resetting and connecting to another phone, the Fit 3 worked perfectly. No issues.

I wear the Fit 3 for sleep and find it accurate. I wake up a few times a night, go to the toilet and back to sleep. Mine has no problem continuing the sleep tracking. I find it more accurate than my Watch 6 and far more comfortable to wear at night. My SPO2 is accurate enough.

I've had mine for a week. The battery life is about 5 days with AOD off and sleep tracking on. I find it accurate and actually faster than the Watch 6. My only complaint is the vibration for notifications could be stronger since it doesn't have a speaker. It's well worth it if you have a Samsung phone. What is impressive is the auto detect. I have the Watch 6 and when I switch to the Fit t 3 my ZFlip 5 automatically detects it.

I can confirm that it does support multiple sleep sessions. This is the first time in my life that I have preferred to wear smartband while sleeping. My previous device was MiBand 4, which I've been using for almost 6 years, and I only used sleep tracking once. Fit 3 is more comfortable to wear despite the bigger size, and the sleep data presentation is so fun and somewhat useful.

It is available in Europe, just not everywhere in Europe, by choice of Samsung. They don't want this competing with their watches in more affluent countries. Got mine off a German webshop that ships to the UK. Weird choice really, as I have both. I want the Fit 3 to wear while I'm doing manual work, it's a lot cheaper to replace than a Watch 6 Classic if I damage it. Quite nice that the data from both devices integrates seemlessly in the Galaxy apps, unlike some other brands. If you're wearing the Fit 3 and do a walk, it will add that info to the stats of the day and also share it with my Watch 6.

Very strange that your GF3 does not pick up different sleep times during the night. I purchased a GF3 for my wife as she has trouble sleeping and I am looking at her sleep score from last night and it show all 3 of her times sleeping. 11:49 PM - 1:24 AM then the second from 3:00 AM - 3:32 AM and the third from 4:05 AM - 6:42 AM for a total "Actual sleep time" of 4 h 11 m and a "Total sleep time" of 4 h 44 m .... I would post a screenshot of it but you can not do that here on KZbin. 🤔

I've bought this watch in India, and it's been about over a week. The difference between your review and my experience is the following: 1. In India, all tracking options are disabled by default, and hr tracking is every 10 mins. 2. Sleep tracking in mine works totally fine. It does record multiple sleeps in a day. Once, I woke up early in the day and went for a run and slept again. Plus, I had another sleep in the evening it did record all 3 sleeps in a day and also spo2 for all sleeps separately. 3. I saw way more watch faces options in your video to what we have available in India.

I returned two Fit 3s. Both had this wild, runaway heart tracking. It would be very accurate part of the time and then for no reason while totally inactive just jump from the 50s to the 90s and even over 100 and get stuck there for extended periods. Activating a manual check and even re-setting the watch would never correct it. Just after a long period of time it would go back to reading normally. This was confirmed by a blood pressure cuff and by eating a Fitbit Charge 6 at the same time. The Fitbit remained steady and accurate in it's measurements. I loved the Fit 3 in every other aspect much better than the boring, small but accurate Charge 6. Samsung needs to issue a serious update to stabilize the Resting Heart Rate capabilities. If they do I'll likely buy it again.

I am Watch 6 user and in my watch Samsung Health - running activity has possibility to adjust and select interval runs (e.g. 2 min run + 2 min cooldown; repeat x times). I thought Fit3 would have the same exact features however interval option is not available in Fit3. This was a real disappointment for us...

Does the 24/7 stress tracking work even while you’re not still? I have a ticwatch pro 3 but the stress tracking only works when I’m sitting still or sleeping. Over the years I've noticed that most of the functions on a smart watch or fitness band are irrelevant to me apart from GPS, accurate heart beat sensors and a 5-9 day battery life. The possibility to NFC payments is a bonus. I have Galaxy Watch 4 Classic and Huawei Watch Fit SE. I wear the Huawei one 90% of the time.

I have not tried it. But it might be too much voltage for the watch. I don't think the phone can adjust voltage automatically like a power supply. So avoid it.

thanks for the review. when it comes to heart rate monitoring the question arises whether this smart watch records the heart rate accurate enough to be used as fitness tracker. now the challenge there is during workout sessions, depending on type of workout, the heart rate reading gets thrown off by vibration and noise. almost all watches can take heart rate reading accurately at rest but the only ones that can track workout sessions accurately are apple and Huawei. not even Garmin and Samsung watches has had been very effective. with that said, this watch can be an office wear at best(even though name suggests fitness tracker) you don't have to do an actual workout to see what I m talking about. just put on this watch and just swing and shake your hand to mimic some workout. put on another smart watch on the other hand and keep it still so you can see the actual heart rate. you can clearly see the difference.

Okay, I've this Fit 3 for a few days now. The battery really disappoints me. Before this I had OPPO Watch Free. This could easily last 7/9 days. The Fit 3 with AOD from 24 hours of use consumes 25% of the battery, so it would mean that it will only last 4 days and this is really low. Do I need to adjust certain settings? Does anyone know?

Fit 3's AOD is a battery drainer, there is no way around it. If you leave AOD on then expect 4 days or less. I still think 4 days is not bad and it charges up pretty quick.

I got this watch and it’s decent as you say. The battery is incredible. Last me 13 days. Can you recommend a similar size watch that can give me alerts of my phone is downstairs and my watch is upstairs with me? 10m Bluetooth is useless and I don’t want eSIM option. I think all bands/watches at this price point use bluetooth, will probably need to look at proper smart watches to get wifi connectivity. I know the Ticwatch Pro 5 and Galaxy watch 6 have it, for instance, but they're 3-4 times the price of this fitness tracker.

Most smartwatches will be using BT for connectivity with your phone. Apple watch is different, as it logs you into your iCloud so works a bit more independently. Nothing compares to what apple watch can do. But your solution might be a watch that takes a physical sim card. Zeblaze Thor Ultra ( review coming soon)

At night put your phone into do not disturb and it won’t flash. In the day time just configure which apps you want active for notification and problem solved.

I have the fit3 now 10 days ago, taken from Amazon for 70 euros I think the Croatian version anyway setting Italy everything works perfect, but the battery lasts 3/4 days with everything on including always on display while without it I reach the max 5 days now I'm trying without option snoring as you eat approximately at night 7%, the only thing that makes me angry is widgets where date and month cannot be used edit and remain in English Has anyone managed to change them to some other language? Make me know your ratings.... and we hope for an update

I think the brightness needs to be lowest you can handle, and switch of adaptive and AOD needs to be off. Then see you will achieve much better battery.

The Fit 3 is 50% Fitness watch and 50% Smart watch. You can do excercise, spo2, stress and heart rate reading (Fitness watch features) and also reply to messages, see you calendar and calculator (Smart watch features). I suggest if you have an extra money go for a proper smartwatch that has a mic, speaker, gps and NFC. But if you only want to do some things like excercise, reply on chats then this watch will do.

My only gripe with this watch is that the friggin watch faces dont give me the info I want. For example i wish it would show day month year, i mean the basics.. time and what day it is, what month it is and year. Im using a nice watch face which says.. march sunday. So if im wondering what date of the month it is I have to check my phone, a bit ridiculous considering it would be so easy for watch face designers to add all that basic info into their designs, also the friggin date format is mm/dd/yy and i cant for the life of me change it to dd/mm/yy.

I've been using it for a couple weeks now and it has serious issues for those who intend to use it as Fitness Tracker. The step counter is a mess, the band doesnt register runnig or jogging trinings and when it does, the sync to the Samsung Health app does not work: Sometimes the watch do not sync the stats on the app and sometimes the app erases the stats from the watch. Its completelly broken right now.

I have a problem with my Fit 3 - at some point every day (not sure yet if always the same) the number of steps on the Fit 3 doubles but stays correct on the phone. This was possibly caused by an update (or maybe recent international travel taking me in and out of different time zones?). Does anybody have the same problem? Even better, does anybody have a fix?
