I just got a new PC and rendering is A LOT FASTER NOW!! So is the animation process because playback is SMOOTH AS HELL! Super happy how this turned out, my first time trying out fingers on a quadruped character as well!

Damn- ok in my opinion the last shot really really impressed me (well, the whole thing did!) But the weight and movement of the final shot feels so believable, it really feels like the dramatic climax of an animated musical song! I also love how her pupils dilate, nice touch!

My favourite part that I think was the smoothest was defintely from 15 seconds onward! The claws scraping the ground. The eyes shrinking. The camera pan and the lip sync! Brilliant!!

I like how Mapleshade fits this song in a way you don’t expect. Since it’s an evil love song, you’d expect her to be the dirty cheater to Appledusk, but Appledusk was the dirty cheater to her. The context here could be a swap AU of that, or it could be her manipulating Crookedjaw.
