I always appreciate your content and I love your pickiness. It helps us get great content. Out of all these the KZ-3 and -5 alone has my interest.

@Jamilia Wallace Thank you for your kind words and continuous support. The series is now discontinued but I hope you're able to find at least one of those lovely brushes!

@@FudeKyun you’re welcome. My pleasure! I did not realize it was discontinued. As I build my collection I am trying not to just buy brushes because social media is hyping it up but to have some good quality brushes that are useable in my daily routine and not just an excessive collection as I am not a KZbinr but I simply appreciate great brushes and makeup.

@@jamiliawallace9103 I understand. I didn't think the KZ series would be this amazing but some of the brushes like the KZ-3 were such a wonderful surprise. It really impressed me. I think the KZ-3 and KZ-5 are worth it even for non-collectors and KZbinrs.

How would you say the Kz-1 does with the meteorites? And the kz-2 with bronzer? How often would you suggest using these brushes since they’re so delicate? I have the kz-1 and just ordered the 2 and 5, but I don’t have any other natural hair powder brushes at the moment bc I went big instead of going home lol
@FudeKyun4 жыл бұрын
@Elizabeth Holden It applies the glitter from the meteorites onto the face. I mentioned it being a bit too big for the container in the video but that's just my personal preference. I haven't tried any of the brushes with bronzer. I would recommend to use them as often as you'd like but only with the appropriate product types (i.e., KZ-2 with a soft pressed powdery bronzer like Benefit's Hoola). People have different views on usage, some people would rather use fude a bunch and just repurchase when necessary while other people take care of their brushes and rotate so it's really up to you as well. Definitely need to baby this hair type!

@@FudeKyun thanks! I am choosing between the koyudo persimmon dyed round powder brush and the takumi t-1 for my next ones, along with a few more Sonia G ones. This is probably a very stupid question but how can you tell if the tips of the hair break?
@FudeKyun4 жыл бұрын
@Elizabeth Holden You're welcome! Brush decisions are always difficult aren't they? Not a stupid question at all! I'm just very perceptive so I'll catch small details. You need to be looking at the hairs at an almost microscopic level to see. If you look very closely you will be able to see shorter blunt tips on the ones that are broken.

@@FudeKyun it took me five months to decide on the kz-1 for my first big daddy brush. Do you have a favorite round goat powder brush for setting powder and buffing? At the moment I’m choosing between the t-1 and the koyudo ksz-02, have you tried the ksz series yet?

Why. does it look like you have a clear piece of tape on the ferrule of some of your brushes? Just wondering the purpose?

I got the kz2 and love it for powder! Mine is very soft and scratchy. You are right it is less densely packed but is so airy in application. Very different from the other squirrel powder brushes I have. Sometimes I just want an airy powder soft brush and this brush does a great job.

I am glad you are picky about fude! Enjoy your collection! Red squirrels are beautiful creatures. Such delicate hairs. I admire fude but don't appreciate when there is a big difference between brush shape. When artisans are making a brush, I've seen that they continuously measure the hairs. I guess little differences are expected but not big ones. Could you say that particular fude are better with loose powders? Thank you!
@FudeKyun4 жыл бұрын
@Denise Marie Denise! It's been so long since I've seen a comment from you! I hope you're doing well. Yes, it's too bad when there are large variances in bundling. They do measure the hairs to ensure each one has the same weight. I wish my brush was rounded and not lopsided and squared. Generally all squirrel hair is best used with loose powders: red, gray, blue, Canadian, white and Canadian. In particular this Homare series is probably the best suited for it since the hairs are incredibly delicate. Hope this helps!

@mutantfroggy Thanks for watching! It was so much work haha. Yea, the KZ series is pretty pricey! The Z-1 is my holy grail brush for Hourglass ALP finishing powder while I like to use the KZ-1 for loose powder. Definitely prefer the Z-1 overall! The KZ-3 is awesome too :D

I have the kz2 and ikz4, not thrilled with either. I wish I would have waited for your review because I would have tried 3 or 5 instead. They are ok, just not blown away by performance. Aesthetics are nice but for me their functionality as tools takes precedence. There are better brushes at a lower price point.
