This might be the best cover of this solo I've ever seen. I'm always disappointed when I see a "best guitar solos of all time" video because they always leave this one out. Major props on doing this one so well and so true to the original.

Deep Purple in Rock was the first album I bought in the mid 80s. I wore the original out but have replaced with a 1970 original :-) This is an amazing cover - thank you!

This is the perfect studio solo that nor Blackmore neither Morse reproduced in a live show... what a pity. That would be fantastic to have a cover with you, Sina on drums, Petr Elfimov who still reach the high notes, and of course an experienced organist.

Tienes que subir a KZbin, stranged kind of woman, pero la versión del made in Japan, que es la mejor y mas difícil de tocar, seguro que tú eres capaz de hacerlo tan bien como Ritchie Blackmore, eres muy bueno tocando la guitarra Kelly Dean. Para mí el mejor guitarrista que hubo fue Duane Allman, pues tenía una forma de tocar muy abstracta y compleja, con grandes fraseos y formas en sus solos de guitarra. Let's see.... Classic 70's setup. Twin Marshall Plexis. Master and gain on about 7. Everything else at noon. Tube screamer boost in front. Gain on zero, volume on 10. Tone at noon. A hint of chorus (very little). Delay at 320 Ms with about four repeats and some plate reverb at about 20 percent. That's about it. And the strat. Neck pickup at the beginning, then switch to bridge when the solo heats up at about the 35 second mark.

I've actually been shopping around for one recently. Still using a phone right now. Some of my vids get choppy as a result of the fast hand motion (I'm guessing). Drives me nuts. Probably because I'm recording at 24 fps. I didn't know anything about any of that stuff until recently. Couldn't figure out why my videos were blurry and choppy sometimes. Now I know. New camera coming soon.
