This looks like something out of the military. Are we forgetting that they're still just children? Treat them with dignity. YES, DRILL SARGEANT!!!

Holding ears, is that so bad? And a bit of army type drill at assembly is good for exercise, coordination and discipline. So what's the problem? To quote a Un convention for such seems a bit over the top and alarmist.
