CLIP DESCRIPTION:
Returning in a new body after eight years, Chucky (Brad Dourif) kills the CEO of the company that makes Good Guy Dolls.
FILM DESCRIPTION:
Several years have passed since the events of the previous film, and yet again the makers of Good Guys dolls -- a line which included the homicidal Chucky -- decide to reinstate their product line. Unfortunately, some of the materials used are still imbued with the evil spirit of serial killer Charles Lee Ray (voice of Brad Dourif), whose soul once inhabited the Chucky doll... and who returns to action in a spanking new Good Guy body. Determined at first to finish the job he started by swapping bodies with young Andy (Justin Whalin) -- who is now a teenager in military school -- Chucky decides to change tactics, setting his sights on a much younger boy. When Andy becomes aware of the situation, he is compelled to put a stop to Chucky's Satanic antics once and for all. The signs of a creatively-depleted horror franchise are evident (they had already shown themselves in the previous installment), but there is still enough juice left for the spooky climax, which borrows a riff from Tobe Hooper's The Funhouse.

I think Chucky is more evil than Freddy and Jason to be honest. Not sure if others will agree but Chucky seems more sadistic to me. Jason was somewhat sympathetic because he wasn't normal as a young boy. Freddy is sadistic but I still think Chucky is the most evil. He truly enjoys what he does. Look at how he kills people. He gets a thrill out of it, like when he had the garbage man crushed and suffocated the guy in Part 2.

Yeah, Freddy used to harm little kids then started tormenting teens. Chucky enjoys his gig but it’s mostly based off of trying to get a human body back. Initially he just wanted revenge on the cop and Eddie so he was fairly normal. Freddy was bad from the beginning

I think after Child's Play 3 the Play Pals company must have shut down. The next day after Chucky went to the military school an executive probably went up to the office and found Sullivan's dead body. They probably later heard about the military school and amusement park murders and despite probably thinking Andy was the killer as they did after the events of 1 and 2 them hearing that a Good Guy doll was at the scenes a 3rd time probably made them decide to discontinue the doll line since it brought them nothing but bad publicity for a decade.

I think the idea is that they confiscated the newly made Chucky from the factory and then remade him manually like in Cp2 in order to market the idea of bringing the Good Guys back into production. Which leads to the opening board meeting of the film where they present Chucky to Sullivan. Cp3 leaves some gaps for imagination. Like I believe it's safe to assume Chucky shipped himself the the military school by leaving a note behind with Instructions for one of Mr. Sullivans interns
