Thank you for speaking on this, I know you have in the past in interviews and I want to tell you how much it helps. I’m a US Navy Veteran that deals with ptsd, anxiety and things of that nature. To hear you, one of my favorite artists speak on it makes it so much easier to deal with. I grew up watching you on TV on The X-Files and continue to watch your work anywhere I find it. :) thank you

Thank you for sharing Gillian - sharing makes such a big difference and it is both affirming and encouraging to hear those among us that do have platforms use them in this way. There are indeed many wonderful resources and no one is alone in there challenges. I would hope that everyone could find a balance between both honoring and respecting their limits and also taking risks and exploring all the beauty of the world has to offer. All the best to anyone reading! ☺️

Joey Norwood-Tolbert Thank you for sharing your story with us. My husband has worried about me and my anxiety for 18 years. I didn’t find out until recently that I am a 3rd generation worrier. I didn’t understand that it can be something genetic that is passed on generation to generation. I’m not sure what my next step is, but I am hopeful. I am tired of mid-night panic attacks and being angry because of stress. I’m so over it.
